Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central region of Kansas. You will drive new business growth, manage key accounts, and ensure customer success with Halter’s virtual fencing technology. Expect regular travel, hands-on ranch interactions, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for US farmers.

You’ll build lasting relationships with livestock groups, attend industry events, and contribute to sales strategy as the team scales in the US market.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture or technology.
• Strong ability to manage a large territory with a strategic sales approach.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new business across Central Kansas with Halter solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with cattlemen's and livestock associations.
• Travel frequently to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Own the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Onboarding to ensure value delivery.
