Job summary

Halter is seeking a Territory Manager for the Central region of Kansas to drive new business growth and ensure customer success across the territory. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding, working closely with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding to deliver value.

You’ll travel frequently, build strong relationships with cattle producers and agricultural groups, and contribute to Halter’s US sales strategy as we scale.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer success track record.
• Territory management experience.
• Willingness to travel within the US and regions served.
• Experience in agriculture tech sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business and building a pipeline in the US Central Kansas region.
• In-field sales and customer meetings on ranches and at industry events.
• Expand existing opportunities and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit and exceed sales targets while managing ongoing deals and accounts.
• Own the territory and manage customer onboarding and deployment.
