Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize territory share through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion, driving activations across containers, ground level offices, and modular structures.

You will spend substantial time on prospecting, nurturing leads, and pursuing project opportunities, while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate CRM records to support growth and profitability. This role is office-based with travel to key customers.

Qualifications

• High school degree or applicable experience; college degree preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10%–20% for field visits.
• 1 year of outbound prospecting experience OR 1 year experience at WSMM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for containers, ground level offices, and modular structures.
• Spend ~40% time on outbound prospecting, ~30% on inbound inquiry conversion, balance on account development and in-person visits.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with customers to create tailored space solutions and manage pricing and quotes.
• Utilize CRM to track performance and sales forecasts; generate regular management reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
