Job summary

WillScot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize market share through high-volume outreach and inbound conversion, driving activations of containers and modular structures.

You will build a strong pipeline, prioritize target industries, and collaborate with operations to deliver turnkey space solutions. Travel 10–20% is required; compensation includes commission in the $80k–$140k range.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year outbound prospecting experience or 1 year experience at WSMM.
• Travel 10%-20% for field visits with limited overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to exceed targets for containers, offices, and modular structures.
• Approximately 40% outbound prospecting, 30% inbound inquiry conversion, balance on account development and in-person visits.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with customers to create tailored solutions and ensure seamless order processing.
