WillScot is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to maximize market share through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiry conversion. You will identify customers, build a robust pipeline, and drive turnkey space solutions through coordinated sales efforts.

The role emphasizes high-volume prospecting, relationship-building with key accounts, and field visits to close complex, multi-product deals across the territory within a non-hybrid, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of outbound prospecting or similar experience.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% for field visits with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for containers, offices, modular structures, and value-added products.
• Spend ~40% on outbound prospecting, ~30% on inbound inquiry conversion, and the rest on account development and in-person visits.
• Identify potential customers and market segments to pursue for growth.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
