Job summary

Motion Industries seeks a Branch Manager to drive sales and lead a team of outside account representatives within a defined territory. You will develop business and territory plans, analyze the sales pipeline, and ensure a high level of customer service while growing revenue.

The role includes hiring, coaching, and training direct reports, building consultative relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering results through both team and individual efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in outside sales or account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell products within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains opportunities to meet goals.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth.
• Create a holistic territory plan and manages net new sales from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development and closes within geography.
• Ensures high-level customer service, onsite technical assistance, and resolves delivery/troubleshooting issues.
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with key buying influences in each account.
• Identifies and solicits new business and assigns accounts to appropriate representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, coaching, and training direct reports.
• Reviews financials with Operations Manager to meet profit goals.
