Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of outside account representatives and drive growth within a defined territory in Colorado. You will develop business and territory plans, analyze sales pipelines, and ensure superior customer service while achieving sales targets.

This role also involves hiring, coaching, and training direct reports, owning prospecting strategies, forecasting, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in outside or inside sales preferred.
• Product knowledge from prior sales experience required.
• Ability to coach and train direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell our products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains opportunities to ensure that sales goals are achieved.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth.
• Create a holistic territory plan & manages net new sales process from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, funnel development & management, territory development and closes deals within assigned geography.
• Ensures a high-level of customer service, including onsite technical assistance, and resolution of problems.
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with key-buying influences in each account.
• Identifies and solicits new business and assigns accounts to appropriate account representatives.
• Responsible for hiring, completing, and communicating performance evaluations, coaching, and training employees.
• Reviews financial package monthly with the Operations Manager to ensure branch meets established profit goals.
