Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team of outside account representatives and accelerate growth across a defined territory in the United States. You will drive sales, develop annual business plans, manage the sales funnel, and ensure high levels of customer service.

Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, with strong skills in leadership, consultative selling, forecasting, and negotiation.

• Experience leading sales teams and driving growth.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of outside account representatives to promote and sell our products and services within a defined geography.
• Analyzes sales pipeline and maintains opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Develops and implements an annual business plan supporting quota and market share growth.
• Creates territory plans and manages net new sales from prospecting to close.
• Owns prospecting strategy, forecasting, and funnel management; closes deals within geography.
• Provides high-level customer service, onsite technical assistance, and issue resolution.
• Builds consultative relationships with key buying influences across accounts.
• Identifies new business and assigns accounts to account representatives.
• Hires, coaches, evaluates, and trains employees; reviews branch performance with Operations Manager.
• Reviews financials to ensure branch meets profit goals.
• Typically oversees at least three branches, 30+ employees, or large geography.
