Job summary

Motion Industries in Honolulu, HI seeks a Branch Sales Manager to lead outside account reps and drive growth across a large territory. You will develop territory plans, analyze pipelines, ensure top-tier customer service, and close deals personally or through your staff.

Required is a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related sales experience, plus strong communication, coaching ability, and consultative selling skills to expand market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related sales experience.
• Proven outside account management and territory planning experience.
• Strong knowledge of consultative selling in a hardware/services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of outside account representatives to grow sales within defined geography.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet quota and market share goals.
• Coach, train, and evaluate branch staff; manage performance.
• Maintain high level of customer service and resolve delivery issues.
• Forecast, prospect, and manage sales funnel; close deals.
