Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and drive growth across assigned accounts within the Houston area. You will oversee DSD operations, build relationships with store personnel, and ensure timely product ordering and display execution.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on merchandising expertise, with a base salary in the stated range and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and a company

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; 3–5 years selling experience; ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasional heavier lifts

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methods and customer plans.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of in-store sales priorities and merchandising programs.
