Job summary

Mondelēz International in the U.S. is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery execution across a defined Texas territory, including Katy.

You’ll energize store teams, strengthen relationships with customers, and lead merchandisers to bring Oreo, Chips Ahoy, Ritz and others to life on shelves. The role blends strategy and hands-on leadership; you’ll hit monthly targets, optimize display execution, plan growth, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lift up to 25 lbs., occasional >50 lbs.).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR, and background check.
• Company vehicle provided with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities in-store.
• Provide expert on-site sales consultation to customers.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel.
• Optimize deployment of merchandizers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering and display to support store success.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule.
• Operate within Mondelēz safety and operational guidelines.
