You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize in-store displays, and drive sales growth through data-driven plans while upholding safety and compliance guidelines. The role requires travel within the territory and a flexible schedule.

Formación

• 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts.
• Lead and develop a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and order writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships.
