Job summary

Mondelēz International in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store execution and Direct Store Delivery across the territory. You will build strong customer relationships, drive sales targets, and energize retail shelves with top brands.

The role requires 3–5 years in selling, a flexible schedule including weekends, and the ability to manage merchandisers and store teams. A company vehicle is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and lift up to 25 lbs. or more when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relations and results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International safety and operational guidelines.
