Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across a Texas territory. You’ll lead a team of merchandisers, optimize store displays, and partner with store personnel to grow sales and improve in-store execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, relationship building, and strategic deployment of resources to maximize shelf impact and territory growth. A strong sales background and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background and business process understanding.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to pass drug test, MVR check, and background check; company vehicle included.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts using retail selling methods and customer plans.
• Lead a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
