Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue across a defined territory by building strong relationships with contractors, dealers, and commercial accounts. You will lead efforts with branch staff, marketing, and operations to ensure profitable growth while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires travel 60–75% of the time, managing a wide portfolio, and using CRM tools to forecast and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of outside sales/territory management experience.
• Ability to build productive relationships with contractors, dealers, and commercial accounts.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms; ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth with a disciplined sales strategy.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business in the territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and contractors.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to ensure order fulfillment and satisfaction.
• Monitor market dynamics and provide intelligence for pricing and promotions.
• Use CRM and data to forecast revenue and track KPIs.
• Support onboarding and development of branch sales staff.
