Heritage Landscape Supply Group, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the San Francisco area to drive sales growth, strengthen customer relationships, and maximize revenue from an assigned multi-million-dollar territory.

The role requires B2B sales experience, strong CRM skills, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory; compensation includes salary plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service in landscape and irrigation
• 5+ years of B2B sales with multi-million-dollar territory experience
• Strong CRM, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Expand and retain the customer base through long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to exceed targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction via proactive engagement.
• Promote product offerings and stay current on industry innovations.
• Plan and execute vendor programs and promotions to increase sales.
• Support branch operations for efficient processes and customer service.
• Provide performance reporting to sales leadership.
• Leverage data and digital tools to optimize sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Extensive travel within the assigned territory to support relationships and initiatives.
