Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply - Alpharetta is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead a defined territory, driving revenue growth and market share in the pool, spa, and landscape distribution sectors. You will coach branch staff, build high-value relationships, and collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to deliver profitable growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires travel throughout the territory, strong sales acumen, and the ability to deliver tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of outside sales or territory management in distribution/wholesale.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas and grow revenue.
• Experience calling on contractors, dealers, or commercial accounts preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue by executing a disciplined sales strategy to meet or exceed quota.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business in the assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and act as a consultative partner.
• Coordinate with branch managers, operations, and marketing to ensure order fulfillment and promotions.
