Heritage Pool Supply - Tucson is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead sales across a multi-million‑dollar market in the Tucson area. You will grow the customer base, cultivate key accounts, and collaborate with vendors, branches, and sales leadership to exceed revenue targets.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in B2B sales or customer service within landscape, irrigation, or pool sectors, plus a track record in managing large territories and leveraging CRM tools to drive

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service in landscape, irrigation, or pool/aquatics.
• Proven success in B2B sales, including multi-million-dollar territories.
• Strong CRM and communication skills.
• Understanding of sales strategies and practices.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Expand and retain the customer base by building long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute territory and annual sales plans to exceed revenue targets.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
• Promote products and stay current on industry innovations.
• Plan and execute vendor programs and promotions to increase sales.
• Support branch operations and provide performance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage data and digital tools to optimize sales performance.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
