Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Tampa is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the territory with strategic plans, account development, and seasonal campaigns. You will lead field sales efforts, coach staff, and partner with marketing to execute campaigns that increase traffic and demand.

The role requires 60–75% travel to customer sites and events, a strong track record in outside sales, and deep product knowledge in pool/landscape products. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in distribution, wholesale, or related fields.
• History of meeting/exceeding quotas in a territory or account role.
• Ability to rapidly develop product knowledge in pool/landscape distribution.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth with a disciplined sales strategy.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business in the defined territory.
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts and contractors.
• Develop tailored proposals to drive incremental revenue and loyalty.
• Collaborate with branch managers to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Represent Heritage at trade shows and vendor events.
