Job summary

Heritage Pool Supply Group, Inc. in Tampa seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead a defined territory with a dynamic sales strategy.

The role focuses on driving revenue, expanding market share in pool/spa and landscape distribution, coaching branch staff, and building high-value relationships with contractors, dealers, and commercial clients. The position requires travel, strong product knowledge, and a collaborative approach with operations and marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years outside sales or territory management experience in distribution/wholesale.
• Record of meeting or exceeding quotas and developing new business.
• Experience calling on contractors, dealers, or commercial accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory revenue growth with a disciplined sales strategy and defined book of business.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new opportunities in the territory.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key accounts and partners.
• Conduct account reviews and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Collaborate with branch managers and regional leadership to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable market insights to leadership.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records, forecast revenue, and prioritize activities.
• Represent Heritage at trade shows and vendor events to strengthen partnerships.
• Support onboarding and training of branch sales staff.
