Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our Metallic Building Systems brand across North Carolina. You will manage a defined territory, build and maintain relationships with builders and new clients, and drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and customer education.

The role requires experience in building materials, travel 50-70% of the time, and a strong emphasis on teamwork across departments to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in the pre-engineered metal building industry.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience in Building Materials.
• Experience with estimating, inside sales, engineering, or project management is valued.
• Strong relationship-building skills with commitment to follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow your territory by identifying opportunities to expand customer relationships and increase market share.
• Develop customer relationships with builders, direct sales opportunities, and new clients.
• Drive sales growth by balancing current business with proactive prospecting and new opportunities.
