Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a highly motivated District Sales Manager to cover Missouri territories. This role reports to the Regional Manager and focuses on profitable growth, market development, and driving revenue for the Metallic Building Systems line.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience; 5+ years in building materials.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and maintain relationships with associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents.
• Must understand construction processes and translate architectural plans and specs.
• Strong market analysis and strategic response capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of Cornerstone Building Brands' products and systems in the market.
• Understands key customers' business and the critical measures that drive each account.
• Collaborates with internal departments to optimize the customer experience.
