Job summary

Victaulic is a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will be based in Houston, TX, traveling to job sites and meeting with engineers, contractors, and owners to drive growth.

This full-time field sales role requires building strong relationships, developing business plans with a regional manager, and delivering product demonstrations and lunch-and-learn sessions to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products/services, especially in commercial construction/PVF or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and applications to meet customer needs.
• Build relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners in the territory.
• Develop business plans and sales goals with product promotion strategies.
• Lead project pursuit from inception to final commissioning and after-sale support.
