Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Dallas, TX area. You will build lasting relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and project owners, and drive opportunities from early design through final commissioning while coordinating with distributors to optimize coverage.

The role requires travel, weekend events, strong communication and the ability to learn our full product line and joining methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services preferred—PVF or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and become proficient in joining methods.
• Identify construction projects and follow market trends to maximize sales.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and project owners in your territory.
• Coordinate with distributors and regional managers to optimize coverage and success.
• Lead demonstrations, lunch‑and‑learn sessions, and product training with customers.
• Influence decision-makers by articulating product value to close sales.
