Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead field sales in the Philadelphia region. This full‑time role requires building and maintaining relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building owners, while mastering Victaulic’s grooved joining solutions and competing methods.

Travel, evenings, and weekend events are part of the job. You’ll develop business plans, drive opportunities, and coordinate with distributors to maximize territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products in construction or PVF.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how it helps customers stay on time and budget.
• Master grooved joining methods and counter objections from customers.
• Identify projects, follow major construction cycles and market trends.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, setting goals and strategies.
• Lead quotation efforts and coordinate with inside sales and engineering to meet customer needs.
