Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in Dallas, TX. You will build relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners, travel as needed, and drive growth in your territory.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and a background in value-added sales within construction or PVF. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products/services in commercial construction or PVF (pipes, valves, fittings) preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Understand construction cycles and stay current on market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners in your territory.
• Coordinate with distributors and Victaulic representatives to ensure the best customer experience.
• Deliver product demos and lunch-and-learn presentations for engineers.
