Job summary

Victaulic in Dallas, TX is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the local construction market. You will meet customers on-site, visit job sites, and build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and building owners.

Learn Victaulic’s pipe joining solutions, master grooved joining methods, identify projects, and partner with distributors. Expect travel, evenings, and a proactive, customer‑focused approach to win bids and close orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products or mechanical items is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel, as required by territory.
• Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and where it fits in customer projects.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager, including goals and product promotion strategies.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through design, bidding and after-sale follow-up.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers and building owners in your territory.
