Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Houston, TX. The role requires building relationships with engineers, contractors and building owners to grow sales of Victaulic’s grooved pipe-joining solutions.

You will travel as needed, run a local business plan, and manage distributors to meet quarterly goals. The position offers competitive compensation with incentives, career development, and extensive product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous sales experience with value-added products preferred—especially in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and compete with welding or flanging techniques.
• Identify major construction, expansion or retrofit projects and follow market trends and competitor activity.
• Develop relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers and building owners in your territory.
• Deliver presentations, demos and training to customers and distributors; lead the price and timing discussions.
