Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Dallas, TX to drive growth across our mechanical pipe joining solutions. You will engage with contractors, engineers, and owners, build strong relationships, and execute project pursuits from design through commissioning.

This role requires travel and a proactive, solution-focused approach. You should be comfortable in a field-based sales environment, articulate value, and collaborate with distributors to maximize territory potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel as required by territory.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and handle equipment weighing up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and compare with competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Develop business plans with sales goals and strategies to maximize sales potential.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception to final commissioning and follow-up.
• Develop lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and building owners in the territory.
