Job summary

Victaulic, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Manager for the Chicago area. You will travel locally to meet customers, visit job sites, and build strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and owners, driving sales and project wins consistently.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and proven sales experience with value-added products. A company car is provided, with performance-based incentives and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products/services preferred in construction or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s product line and understand how our solutions help customers finish projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and overcome objections.
• Develop a territory business plan with management; set sales goals and promotional strategies.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception to close; gather quotation data and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners in the territory.
