Victaulic is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in Chicago IL and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building key contractor and engineer relationships, presenting Victaulic solutions, and managing full sales cycles from inquiry through commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products, with travel readiness and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience selling value-added products/services in commercial construction, PVF, or mechanical products.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to work in adverse weather and lift up to 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and how it helps customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Identify construction cycles, major projects, and market trends; engage local trade organizations.
• Develop a business plan with the Regional Sales Manager to maximize sales potential.
• Execute all phases of project pursuit from inception through commissioning and after-sale follow-up.
• Lead quotation collection and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Build lasting relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners in your territory.
• Conduct demos and lunch‑and‑learn sessions for engineers to showcase Victaulic products.
