Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to grow our outside sales in the U.S. You will learn products, build strong customer relationships, and lead project pursuit from initial quote to final delivery.

The role requires travel, strong mechanical aptitude, and a foundation in construction or PVF/mechanical products. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and the company offers a strong incentives and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Outside sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in construction or PVF/mechanical products is a plus.
• Willingness to travel overnight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to maximize territory sales.
• Identify project opportunities and drive quotes through to purchase orders.
• Build relationships with contractors, engineers, and owners.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams.
• Travel as required to customer sites.
