Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery (DSD) success across the assigned territory, including Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Dallas, Duncanville, and Arlington. You will lead in-store execution, build relationships with store personnel, and energize the territory through optimal displays and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong sales background.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive across the territory.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs, occasional heavier.
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless in-store execution of priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee product ordering, displays, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
