Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store success across designated Texas markets. You will lead DSD execution, optimize displays, and energize the territory with a focus on relationships and results.

The role requires 3–5 years selling experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays. A company vehicle with gas card and maintenance is provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business-process understanding.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and background check.
• Mondelēz International offers a company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across accounts using retail selling methodologies and executing plans.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers from hiring to performance development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven sales strategies to store demographics and customer needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
