Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution and bring beloved brands to life on shelves across the territory.

You will hit sales targets, coach merchandisers, optimize in-store programs, build strong retailer partnerships, and design data-driven plans to grow market share while staying compliant with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
• HS diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of selling experience in retail or consumer products.
• Ability to perform physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs in-store.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Strategically deploy merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Own the cadence by designing a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
