Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery success across a multi-state territory. You will lead a team of merchandisers, optimize in-store displays, and collaborate with store personnel to deliver top-quality service and sales results.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel within the territory. A company vehicle is provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of selling experience with a strong sales background
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within territory
• Ability to perform physical activities as needed in field roles
• Successful background check and driving record
• Company vehicle and gas card provided

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts
• Lead a team of Merchandiser and part-time staff from hiring to coaching
• Drive flawless in-store execution of priorities and HQ programs
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs
• Build strong partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service
• Oversee product ordering and display execution with FTOWs
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and results
