Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead in-store success across assigned markets. You’ll drive Direct Store Delivery, energize the territory, and build lasting relationships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service and sales growth.

You’ll manage merchandising execution, optimize displays, and coach a team of merchandisers. The role requires 3–5 years of selling experience, a valid driver's license, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of selling experience with strong business process understanding.
• Experience leading merchandisers and field teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail execution methodologies and store-level planning.

Responsibilities

• Hit the numbers by delivering monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
• Drive flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics and customer needs.
