Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution across the assigned territory, energizing displays and shelves with our iconic brands. You will recruit and coach Merchandisers, craft data-driven sales strategies, and build strong partnerships with store personnel to drive growth while ensuring safety and compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule incl. weekends/holidays.
• 3-5 years selling experience with strong sales background.
• Ability to perform physical activities up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers and FT/PT staff from hiring to development.
• Ensure flawless rollout of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven growth strategies based on store demographics.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to deliver top-tier service.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store cadence to strengthen relationships.
