Mondeléz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead Direct Store Delivery execution and bring beloved brands to life on shelves across your territory. You’ll build strong retailer relationships, drive flawless in-store execution, and energize teams to meet sales targets.

You will plan data-driven selling strategies, coach merchandisers, and ensure compliant store operations while maintaining safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business understanding.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Hit the numbers: deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets across accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
• Drive flawless rollout of priorities and in-store programs.
• Consult and sell on-site to customers, securing incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven strategies tailored to store demographics.
• Build relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize resources by deploying merchandisers and writers.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables.
• Own the cadence: schedule activities to strengthen relationships.
• Stay safe and compliant with Mondelēz safety guidelines.
