Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive Direct Store Delivery and in-store excellence across the assigned territory. You will lead in-store sales execution, build relationships with retailers, and coach merchandising staff to achieve growth targets.

The role requires strong sales experience, strategic planning, and the ability to travel within the territory. A valid driver's license and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong sales experience and understanding of business processes and systems.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; valid drivers license required.
• Successful completion of background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts and executing plans.
• Lead and coach Merchandisers, both full-time and part-time.
• Ensure flawless in-store rollout of sales priorities and programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Tailor data-driven strategies to store demographics and needs.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities.
• Optimize staffing and resource deployment to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
