Job summary

Mondelēz International is recruiting a Retail Territory Manager to drive DSD execution, grow store presence, and lead Merchandisers across the assigned territory. You will cultivate store partnerships and deliver on strategic sales plans with strong customer focus.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales, weekend/holiday availability, and a valid driver's license. A company vehicle is provided to support field coverage and territory growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to lift up to 25 lbs (occasional heavier loads).

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by growing accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of Merchandisers (full-time and part-time).
• Ensure flawless in-store execution of priorities and HQ programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultation to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan data-driven sales strategies based on store demographics and needs.
