Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and build relationships with HR leaders and executives. You will participate in our award-winning training program and join a team that delivers HR solutions across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will manage multiple sales processes, from prospecting to implementation, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals and earn industry-leading compensation, incentives, and recognition.

Qualifications

• A college degree is great but not required; skills to do the job matter more.
• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferred).
• Military experience can be a plus for teamwork, resilience, negotiation and relationship-building.
