ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). In this role you will close sales within a defined territory, attend our award-winning training program, and join a sales team that serves new and existing clients with high-quality HR solutions.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, present the best ADP solutions, manage multiple deals, and drive implementation to production.

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with an upbeat, persistent style and ability to cold call.
• Strategic Closer with a quota-bearing B2B sales background and ability to manage a territory.
