Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and win new business. You will participate in an award-winning training program and engage with HR leaders to present ADP solutions that meet client needs.

You will manage multiple deals across stages, document progress, and drive implementations while advancing your career through ongoing training and performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
• Proven ability to close sales, hit quotas, and manage a territory.
• Strong networking with decision-makers and clients.
• College degree is nice but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: close sales in a defined territory and reach goals with a top-down sales strategy.
• Turn Prospects into Loyal and Referring Clients: close deals by recommending solutions and build referral business with decision-makers.
