Job summary

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO). You will close sales, win new business, and grow within a defined territory while engaging HR leaders and executives to present ADP HR solutions.

You'll receive award-winning training and join a team that encourages collaboration and professional growth, with strong compensation, benefits, and incentive opportunities. A college degree is nice but not required, with 3+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive Self-Starter with upbeat, persistent sales style and ability to multi-task.
• Strategic Closer with an established B2B sales network and quota carrying experience.
• Proven Winner with drive to exceed quotas under pressure.
• A college degree is great but not required; three years of B2B sales experience is preferred.
• Military experience building teamwork, resilience, and negotiation skills is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Close sales within a defined territory and meet sales goals.
• Attend ADP training and sell HR solutions to new and existing clients.
• Cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers to present ADP offerings.
• Cross-sell with other ADP associates across accounts to expand business.
• Document and manage multiple sales processes through implementation.
