Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to lead direct sales efforts within a local Texas territory and mentor newer agents while expanding their own client book. The role combines hands-on client engagement with coaching responsibilities.

You'll meet with business owners and employees, present supplemental insurance solutions, and drive growth through mentorship, training resources, and leadership guidance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in outside B2B direct sales.
• Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Able to work in a local territory with autonomy.

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
