Allegiant Business Group is seeking a Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive outside sales and mentor agents in a local Texas territory. The role blends client-facing revenue generation with leadership development within a B2B environment.

You will meet with business owners to present supplemental insurance options and coach newer agents to grow both your book and their capabilities, while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in B2B settings.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and reliable with a focus on growth.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with small and mid-sized business clients.
• Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings.
• Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs.
• Mentor and support newer agents through field training and coaching.
• Lead by example through consistent personal production.
• Maintain accurate activity and client records using Salesforce CRM.
• Prospect through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments.
• Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development.
• Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing.
