Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an outside District Sales Manager to drive sales growth across assigned territories. The role reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for profitable growth and market development of the region.

Travel is 50-70% with a base salary range of $60,000-$70,000 plus bonus and full benefits. You will develop market plans, educate customers on pre-engineered metal buildings and related systems, and close quotes to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Understanding of architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with detail orientation and organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement viable market plans including customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of all products and systems to customers.
• Identify and pursue customer leads and opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Educate the customer, interpret project requirements, and develop project specifications.
• Generate professional project estimates and sales of pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, and metal roof and wall systems; follow up and close quotes.
• Ensure pricing guidelines and policies are followed.
• Serve as the customer’s point of contact and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
