Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an outside District Sales Manager to drive sales growth and market development in assigned territories. This role reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on profitable growth while collaborating with internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of sales or sales management experience, familiarity with metal building products, and the ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications. Travel is 50–70% in the assigned market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience.
• Preferred Building Materials experiences in pre-engineered metal buildings, pole barns, or metal roof and wall systems.
• Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating and Inside Sales functions.
• Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition to optimize responses.
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans that include customer analysis and revenue goals.
• Communicate the features and benefits of all products to customers.
• Identify and pursue customer leads and understand their needs.
• Develop project specifications and estimates for pre-engineered metal buildings and systems.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and coordinate with internal teams.
