Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking an outside District Sales Manager to drive sales growth and retention across assigned territories. Reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on profitable growth and market development.

You will develop market plans, analyze customer needs, and effectively communicate product benefits to drive quotes and project success. Expect 50–70% travel and close collaboration with internal teams to optimize the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience required.
• Prefer building materials or construction products knowledge.
• Ability to translate architectural plans and specifications.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market plans, analyze customers, competition, and revenue goals.
• Understand customers' business and critical measures for each account.
• Communicate features and benefits of products to customers.
• Identify and pursue leads; understand customer needs.
• Develop project specifications and estimates; close quotes.
• Ensure pricing compliance and positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer experience.
• Act as liaison between customer and company for problems and requests.
• Analyze and report competitive market information.
